They were very friendly and did a great job. The light replacement was a smooth process and at no point did have me concerned. In fact there was a small wasp nest forming in the fixture area and they removed them for me. That was not expected but much appreciated so the work could be finished. Price was fair but a little high, however the location of the bulbs did require a scaffold. Which by nature is a pain. So I give them 5 stars because they did a great job and exceeded my expectations.
